Hapag-Lloyd Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Nicolás Burr will leave the company on 29 February 2020 with the end of his contract to take over new projects in Chile.
Burr was appointed CFO of Hapag-Lloyd AG, and therefore a member of its Executive Board, in March 2015. His successor will be announced in due course.

His contribution was very valuable for the development of Hapag-Lloyd, particularly with regards to the last two mergers and the initial public offering in 2015. We wish Nicolás Burr all the best for his future”, said Michael Behrendt, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hapag-Lloyd.
