Upon the clearance from the relevant regulatory authorities, and following the announcement on March 15th, the CMA CGM Group and Merit France (the family holding company of the CMA CGM Group) have completed the acquisition of 100% of Altice Media’s share capital.
Altice Media is the third-largest private media group in France and the leading French news channel, with flagship brands BFM and RMC.
